What is the best free movie editor, which is available for download online?

It’s all said in the question. I’m looking for something with a lot of effects, and that can burn to dvds and whatnot. Basically anything better than windows movie maker.

If its free your looking for, windows movie maker is the best you will get. I actually like wmm personally… But everybody has a different opinion i suppose.
