What movie editor can I buy that will let me do similar Transformer effects?

I wanna buy a movie editor, so when I create movies, I can do the same stuff with the logo and transform it, also with the decepticons logo if I can break it and put it back together. Stuff like that.

Check out Adobe After Effects. Though its possible that the logo transformation was animation and not done though editing.
